When paying by card or by electronic transfer, your payment will be credited "almost" immediately and we will be able to start processing your order right away.

 

In the event that you fail to make the payment immediately when placing the order, look for a link in the order confirmation e-mail or in the customer's account for a link to complete the transaction. All you have to do is click on it and you will be redirected to the website of the online payment system.

 

If you do not pay for an order placed within 2 days from the next day you placed the order, it will be canceled.

 

An individual order - e.g. an order for more goods than are available in the Store, can be placed via the Store's e-mail address - info@grammarspeaking.com. In this case, the Store will make an approximate valuation and send it to the e-mail address provided by the customer along with the data necessary to make the transfer. The time of completing an individual order (on request) may be extended to the time necessary for the proper performance of the order.
